The Botín Foundation introduce on 19 February 2013 the 4th Edition on the "BOTÍN FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIPS for the Strengthening of Civil Service in Latin America", a programme which aims to promote the region´s development through A NETWORK of highly skilled civil service workers truly committed to matters of general interest.

The training will start on 30 September 2013 in Brown University.

The Botin Foundation has joined forces with Brown University, the seventh oldest university in the United States and one of the country´s foremost centres for Latin American studies. The Botin Foundation will select 40 scholarships holders who will participate in the programme and 15 substitutes.
