The Botín Foundation´s Art Collection reflects the evolution and different approaches that have marked its activities over the past 40 years.

The collection has been growing since 1993. Specialising in contemporary art, it relates in particular the history of Visual Arts. The artists and works that represent them, in their generational and positional difference, are a testimony to today´s art. They all comprise a broad spectrum of concepts, paths, work, effort, enthusiasm and techniques, which provide a reliable overview of contemporary art.
