Visual Arts Grants

APPLICATIONS: FROM FEBRUARY TO 5 MAY 2017

The Fundación Botín announces its new program of 8 Visual Arts Grants aimed to training, research and the fulfillment of individual projects in the field of artistic work and production (non theoretical researches) to artists of any nationality.

Two of these grants will be prioritized for under-30 Spanish artists who are willing to go abroad to develop their work, to continue their studies or to undertake residencies outside Spain.

RESULTS 2017: Fernando García (Madrid, 1975); Cristina Garrido (Madrid, 1986); Celia-Yunior y Henry Eric Hernández (La Habana, Cuba, 1985); Fermín Jiménez Landa (Pamplona, 1979); Rosell Meseguer (Alicante, 1976); Shirin Sabahi (Teherán, Irán, 1984). And two more for Spanish under 30 years old: Nora Aurrekoetxea (Bilbao, 1989); Blanca Ulloa (Madrid, 1991).
