In an exciting collaboration between the Fundacíon Botín, Santander and the British Museum, London, the histories of art and humanity are being united in a new exhibition.

After studying 302 applications from 58 countries, Tacita Dean has selected the fifteen artists with whom she will work next summer in the Botín Foundation’s Villa Iris art space in Santander.

From 19 April to 2 June 2013 at Botín Foundation Exhibition Room, in Santander.

The Botín Centre is seeking to appoint an internationally recognised contemporary art curator as its first Artistic Director.

Specifically, on assembly of the side truss for the exterior facade of the West building. It is expected to be hoisted onto its pillars at the beginning of June.

The exhibition was shown in Santander from 31 January to 1 April 2013.

Following a four-year search and classification, the Botín Foundation opens in Santander the most complete exhibition of drawings by José Gutiérrez Solana ever to have been held.

It is 65 million euros to boost work at the Botín Centre.
