Solidarity Talent Programme

The Third Sector, which currently accounts for 10% of the GDP and takes in around 6% of the salary-earning population, is one of the future economic motors in which the Botín Foundation has placed its trust for the development of one of the most innovative employability and solidarity programmes in Spain.

Conceived as a global project, the SOLIDARITY TALENT PROGRAMME is an innovative initiative aimed at tapping into the talent of unemployed executives and experts and recruiting them to work in the Third Sector (foundations, NGOs and non-profit organizations), and hence promoting the professionalisation of this sector through the incorporation of new professionals from other sectors of activity.

The selected projects and the professional profiles required are published in our website on 10 May 2013. The term for the submission of applications for professionals will be opened from 13 May to 10 June 2013. Each professional can only apply to one project.
