In Visual Arts, the Botín Foundation provides one of Spanish art´s most complete and ambitious programmes. Research, training and exhibition are the three cornerstones of its activity in this area.

The following programmes are exhibited in the Foundation´s exhibitions room in Santander:

• Training related: Itinerarios Group exhibition, with the work of the visual art students, and Workshop´s Director solo exhibition.

• The results of the programme research The Great Masters´Drawing.

• In summer, historically recognised international art shows of the very highest level are displayed in the city centre exhibition room and in Villa Iris, the Foundation´s second exhibition space; the display is linked to current art.
